Where is DC Core managed cloud data hosted?

Our standard managed design keeps production tenancy data in London, United Kingdom, with disaster recovery capacity in France. UK/EU residency applies to DC Core-managed environments unless another arrangement is agreed. Global relay and edge services may process encrypted traffic or limited metadata, but are not intended to be primary tenancy-data storage.

What does DC Core manage?

For workloads hosted or managed directly by DC Core, the service can cover the surrounding infrastructure, network controls, monitoring, connectivity and operational management. The agreed statement of work defines the exact boundary for your workload.

Is my application included in the managed service?

Not automatically. Customers remain responsible for application behaviour, business data, application configuration, user permissions and workload-level encryption unless those responsibilities are explicitly included in a separate agreement.

Can DC Core migrate an existing hosted workload?

Yes, the platform supports phased and transitional deployments. We first map current hosting, dependencies, access paths, backup requirements and ownership, then agree a migration or pilot scope.

Are RPO and RTO fixed for every workload?

No. Recovery Point Objectives and Recovery Time Objectives depend on the affected service, backup and replication method, incident type and contracted design. Any specific commitment or dedicated standby requirement is agreed for the workload.
