Reduce direct exposure
Approved customer-side agents normally connect outwards, limiting the need for inbound management firewall rules and directly exposed private systems.
ABOUT DC CORE
DC Core is a UK managed IT and infrastructure provider operated by DC-Services LTD. We support users and devices, then extend into hosting, private connectivity, monitoring, recovery and operational management while keeping responsibility boundaries explicit.
OUR PURPOSE
Many organisations need dependable help for their people as well as remote access, hosting and monitoring for the systems behind them. DC Core brings those needs into a scoped service without losing sight of who owns each decision and control.
Approved customer-side agents normally connect outwards, limiting the need for inbound management firewall rules and directly exposed private systems.
The control plane brings authentication, tenant and device ownership, role boundaries and command authorisation into a managed access path.
Health telemetry, monitoring, logging and alerts help teams understand the condition of infrastructure within the agreed managed scope.
HOW WE WORK
Security assurance is only useful when it states what is covered. We distinguish platform controls from application responsibilities, managed infrastructure from third-party environments, and transport encryption from workload-level protection.
We review the system, dependencies, access requirements and recovery needs before recommending a deployment or pilot.
DC Core manages the platform and agreed infrastructure. Customers retain responsibility for their application code, users, business data and out-of-scope systems unless another arrangement is agreed.
ASSURANCE IN PROGRESS
DC Core’s assurance programme is working towards ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness, with Cyber Essentials planned. These are current roadmap positions—not completed certifications. Our Trust Centre explains the controls and progress that can be evidenced today.
DISCUSS A REQUIREMENT
Share a short brief and we’ll route it by technical need, clarify the responsibility boundary and recommend a sensible next step.
